Materials and Techniques: Wooden cutting-boards, strands of wicker, wooden forms, wooden board, black paint
Description: The forms of three men with overlapping torsos are attached to a rectangular, painted back board. Their torsos are represented with upside-down wooden cutting boards. As a result, their narrow, rounded handles stand above their torsos, representing their heads. Small strands of wicker are affixed to the back of their heads in various arch shapes, forming the rim of each man’s hat. Wooden forms with slight curves are attached to the sides of two of the cutting boards, representing the men’s arms which rest at their sides.
