Materials and Techniques: Wooden forms, wooden shoe lasts, fishing wire
Description: A wooden spindle with a rounded top is placed vertically in the center of a round wooden base. A curved wooden shape, formed by two toe portions of shoe lasts, is attached horizontally and slightly off-center at a point two thirds of the way up the spindle. Fishing wire extends from different points on the lower surface of the curved wooden form to one point on the bottom of the spindle, forming triangular shapes.
