Description: Two long, rectangular painted signed are stacked one on top of each other, to lie horizontally. The top sign is red, and extends further out to each side than the bottom sign. It is painted with alternating symbols of white ovals and blue “X”s. Within the five white ovals are five numbers: 96, 90, 99, 90, 96. The bottom rectangle is painted in a dark color. Two white stripes run down the middle, starting from the left and almost reaching the right end, where they are replaced with a single tan line.
