Description: This piece shows two similarly-scaled figures engrossed in conversation. An unidentified female figure sits on Van Gogh’s yellow chair (Van Gogh’s chair, 1888, Vincent can Gogh, Dutch, Zundert 1853-1890 Auvers-sur-Oise, The National Gallery). She wears only a small white cloth around her waist, and crosses her left leg atop her left. Her arms are braced behind her head. The unidentified male figure stands on his right leg, his left leg bent forward, foot resting on the bottom run of her chair. He’s leaned over his left leg, towards her, with his left elbow resting on his knee. The two figures are aligned as if making eye contact.

Description: This pictorial puzzle piece shows Jesus embracing the Mona Lisa from behind. The image of Jesus was taken from his crucifixion, his eyes closed. In this context it looks like he is enjoying the embrace. The Mona Lisa has 4 arms. Another arm, much whiter, extends up onto Jesus’s shoulder.

Description: This is a birthday card. It consists of several images, like his pictorial puzzles. In the upper right is Jesus with his arms out. He says in hand written text “Billy Boy Happy Birthday!!” He rides a zebra that says “Hee Haw Birthday Boy” The bottom left is an old man wearing a thick coat, hat, and holds a bag. The middle is a man with his arms crossed. He says “William – I wish you all the best; Happy Birthday!!” He rides a camel that says “Boldie!! Have a great year” A head on the bottom says “Me too! Love,” On the right is a nude figure from behind. She says “So? You want I should turn around? Happy Birthday!”

Description: This piece evokes the image of van Gogh’s bedroom by pulling pieces from his famous paintings on the subject, and placing them in a familiar layout. His bed (The Bedroom, 1888, Vincent van Gogh, Dutch, Zundert 1853-1890 Auvers-sur-Oise, The Van Gogh Museum) occupies the upper right corner of the image. The image of a person’s nude behind rests on the bed, with an accompanying leg poking out of the bed frame. A large tiger rests at the foot of the bed. In the foreground, a nude woman (Nevermore, 1897, Paul Gauguin, French, Paris 1848-1903 Atuona, Hiva Oa, Marquesas Islands, The Courtauld Gallery) sits on van Gogh’s familiar yellow chair (Van Gogh’s Chair, 1888, Vincent van Gogh, Dutch, Zundert 1853-1890 Auvers-sur-Oise, The National Gallery) with her arms raised near her face.
