In the top box, a wooden disc with smaller attached wooden forms representing eyes, a nose and a mouth form his head. In the middle box, overlapping metal gears represent his innards. In the bottom box, tapering, ribbed wooden cylinders attach to wooden shoe lasts representing his legs and feet.
