Description: The form of an owl is shaped by five rectangular wooden blocks. The largest wooden block, situated vertically, represents the owl’s torso. Two smaller, twin vertical blocks flank the torso, representing his wings. A horizontal rectangular block attached to the top of the owl’s torso represents his head. The owl’s eyes are represented by two knots on the surface of the wooden block. A curved wooden form protrudes from the center of his face, representing his beak. Small triangular wooden forms are attached to each end of the top of the owl’s head, representing his ears. The owl is supported by a wooden rectangular block that serves as its base.
