Subject: The moment before David slays Goliath with his slingshot

Materials and Techniques: Wood spatula, wood shoehorn with metal spring, nylon thread, metal ball bearing
Description: A slingshot formed by a metal ball resting on a wooden shoehorn bent backwards represents David, positioned to fling the ball at Goliath. Nylon thread keeps the metal spring in bent position. The wooden spatula representing Goliath stands across from David. Goliath’s face is conveyed with one small piece of wood, representing a nose. This action scene is set on a circular wooden base.
