Description: Encased in a vertical wooden box is an outdoor scene of two women carrying goods on their heads. Two curved wooden forms are located at the center of the scene, representing the two standing women. Round wooden forms, each with a hollowed-out center, sit on their heads, representing baskets. Inside these baskets are colorful wooden beads, representing the goods that the women are transporting. Two palm tree silhouettes crafted from green felt are attached to the left and right inner walls of this scene. Two woven clusters of wicker frame this scene, representing two swooping palm trees. One is located at the rear of the box. The other is located at the front of the box; its palm leaves extend beyond the confines of the box.
