Materials and Techniques: Wooden forms
Description: A large wooden disc serves as the base for this hanging piece. Wooden forms are attached to its surface, representing facial features. A wooden guitar neck extends vertically across the center of the mask, representing the nose. Two identical circular wooden forms represent eyes. Curved wooden forms frame them from above, representing eyebrows. A wooden saw handle represents an open, smiling mouth.
Signed: “NSG” written with marker over etched lettering on back
