Description: A boy (The Little Peasant, 1918, Amedeo Modigliani, Italian, Livorno 1884-1920 Paris, Tate) is seated while holding two large cherries in his right hand.
Signed: “Norman S. Green 73” written in pen on front lower right corner.
Note: From the Pictorial Puzzler Series. Back label contains information regarding an earlier version of this piece, in which an apple and a snake are included with the boy, rather than two cherries. It was entitled, “Temptation” and labeled #29.
