Materials and Techniques: Wooden forms, red, blue, black, and yellow paint.
Description: A variety of wooden forms are attached to create this colorful composition. A curved wooden form painted red with a black tip is attached above another curved, horizontal wooden form painted blue and black. A round wooden form with concentric rings is painted yellow, and attached with a metal wire to the left of the red form. Although geometric and abstract, the composition can be interpreted as a swimmer’s arm emerging from the water to arch above their head.
