Description: A seated figure is represented by simple geometric forms. His oblong-shaped face is defined by a triangular nose, a thin crescent-shaped mouth, and small round holes for eyes. His arms are raised horizontally in front of him, parallel to his triangular legs.
Signed: “NSG” imprinted onto his lower back.
Note: “No. 2” imprinted onto his lower back. Exhibited as #10 “Aztec” at Duncan Campbell’s gallery in 1994. Cost: 1,250 British pounds. Edition two of five. One edition was sold at this exhibition. Also exhibited at Duncan Campbell’s gallery in 1996 as #48 “Aztec.” Cost: 1,250 British pounds.
