Materials and Techniques: Wooden game board 9 x 9 squares, assorted wooden forms
Description: Two matching rectangles which may have once been a single piece stand side-by-side, with only a thin separation between them. The rectangles are both engraved or painted with a grid of even squares. On the left rectangle, two dark circles and a long trim piece with one curving edge are affixed to represent two eyes and a nose. The rectangle on the right is detailed with three pieces. A dark, arched wooden trim piece is affixed to the bottom, representing the curve of a smile or a chin. A wooden arch of a different style mirrors this piece on the top of the rectangle, representing the top of a head. A third curve emerges from the right side, representing an ear.
