Materials and Techniques: Wooden forms, metal screws
Description: A wooden form the shape of a paddle with a rounded handle and a long blade represents a bird. The handle represents the bird’s head. Two metal screws represent the bird’s eyes and a small rectangular wooden form represents the bird’s beak. The remainder of the paddle represents the bird’s body and wings.  A ring-shaped, oval wooden form encircles the top portion of the bird, representing a ring on which the bird is perched.
