Description: A nude male figure (Sistine Chapel ceiling, detail of “God Divides Light from Darkness,” 1508-12, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Italian, Caprese 1475 – 1564 Rome) reclines, intertwined with a nude female figure. An assortment of wine and fruit (Luncheon of the Boating Party, 1880-81, Auguste Renoir, French, Limoges 1841-1919 Cagnes-sur-Mer, The Phillips Collection) sit at the female’s foot.
