Measurements: 8” W x 6” H

Description: Compiled images form the figures of two women from their thighs until their necks. The left arm (Paul Gauguin, French, Paris 1848-1903, Atuona, Hiva Oa, Marquesas Islands) of the figure on the left  is extended upward, while her right arm (also Gauguin) supports her body. The hands (The Last Judgement, 1467-1471, Hans Memling, Netherlandish, Seligenstadt, active by 1465-died 1494 Bruges, National Museum Gdansk) of the figure on the right are in a position of worship. Each figure is a collage of two paintings; neither figure’s arms match her body, although they are well-paired in size and position.
