This base appears to be the bottom surface of a wooden tray. A half circular wooden form represents the cat’s body. A rectangular wooden form with two rounded corners represents the cat’s head. Two, smaller, triangular wooden forms are attached to the top of the cat’s head, representing its ears. Two green plastic beads represent the cat’s eyes, while a cluster of acrylic brush bristles knotted together in the center represent the cat’s whiskers. Two narrow, horizontal rectangular wooden forms are located below the cat’s body, representing its folded legs. At the tip of the front leg, a rounded wooden form is painted white, representing the cat’s paw. The hind leg has white paperboard attached to its tip, representing another paw. A narrow, long, curved, vertical wooden form is attached to the back of the cat, representing its tail. The tip of its tail is painted white and extends beyond the confines of the base.
