Description: A vertical, wooden box painted black on the outside and white on the inside encompasses a composite form of a woman. A variety of wooden forms are stacked one on top of the other along the back wall of the box. Each wooden form has an open space, which frames a cutout of a woman’s body part. The top form is covered with straw bristles, representing the woman’s hair. Below this, a form frames a set of eyes and the form below frames lips. Below this, two forms are placed side by side, each framing the image of a woman’s red-painted nail. However, given its placement, this images can be interpreted to represent the woman’s breasts. A square-shaped wooden frame below holds an image of a woman raising her knees to cover her pubic area so that only her lower abdomen is exposed. The final, bottom rectangular form frames the image of toes in pink open-toed shoes. This composite image of a woman stands on a painted yellow wooden form the shape of a banana.
