Description: Several wooden forms represent a person with their arms lifted above their head. A thick, half-doughnut shape represents the torso. A ring is attached above it, representing the head. Two identical arched wooden forms are attached above the areas of the torso that represent their shoulders, their arches facing inward, representing arms lifted above the head.
Signed: None. “M.D. #4” written in ink on back of head, but this mark is from the original form.
