Materials and Techniques: Wooden forms, wooden forks
Description: Nine identical, large, two-pronged wooden forks are stacked into an upside-down “v” formation. The handles of the forks are facing the same direction and represent the noses of these flying objects. The side of each fork that is facing away from the inside of the “v” has a wooden wing attached to it at the middle of its handle. Each wing is a thin, rectangular wooden shape curved slightly upward with thin lines carved into its upper surface. A piece of metal wire is attached to the central, piece of wood that joins to two arms of the “v,” indicating that this piece is meant to hang from above.
