Description: A rectangular wooden form whose surface becomes thinner toward its top and bottom serves as the base for this piece. The base is divided into four equal rectangular quadrants with two straight lines drawn with a pencil. A wooden form whose top surface is painted silver sits in each quadrant. Each wooden form represents a letter in the alphabet. The letter “L” is in the upper left quadrant and the letter “O” is in the upper right quadrant. The letter “V” is in the lower left quadrant and extends into the top left corner of the lower right quadrant, and the letter “e” is in the lower right quadrant. Together, the letters spell “Love.” This piece was inspired by artist Robert Indiana’s “LOVE” sculpture.
