Description: A woman and a floating face are created from a variety of wooden forms. Attached to a thin, rectangular wooden base is a round wooden form that represents the woman’s torso. Two wooden beads, each with a small, red peg attached, represent the woman’s breasts. A small round area in the center of her torso has a lighter stain, representing the woman’s belly button. Attached above her torso is a wooden oval that represents her head. Two white, wooden rings represent her eyes, a circular wooden form represents her nose, and an arched wooden form represents her smiling mouth. An arched wooden form frames the top portion of her head, representing hair. To the right of the woman, at the height of her head, is a vertical rectangular framed wooden form tilted slightly forward which represents a man’s face. The surface of the face has a shiny gloss and subtle orange and green colors. Two circular wooden forms with smaller, blue painted wooden forms attached to their surface represent eyes, the gaze of which are directed at the woman. Two arched wooden forms represent eyebrows. A triangular wooden form protrudes from the surface of the face, representing a nose, and a half-oval shape represents a mouth.
