Description: A rectangular box stands vertically on its side, with a pointed top representing a gabled roof. The interior of this wooden form is painted black and frames an antique wooden doll. This doll represents a nude, male infant angel stepping forward through the opening of the box with his left arm extended forward.
Signed: “NSG 92” etched onto side. “NSG” etched onto back.
Note: Exhibited as #17 “Sheltered Angel” at Duncan Campbell’s gallery in 1996. Cost: 650 British pounds.
